"Blind box" means no one knows which exact figurine of the series you may get before opening-nor do us. A regular figurine will be replaced if the secret edition appears in the whole set (big congratulations!!!)

• Thus, we CANNOT guarantee which exact figurine you will get upon purchase.
• We also CANNOT guarantee that any purchase will definitely get the secret edition (please refer to the probability on product package). 
• Number of figurines in each series varies.

REMINDER: due to the special feature mentioned above, we DO NOT offer any refund or exchange, except for following reasons:

• Defects

Blind box goods are designer toys with heavy handmade participation in craft production. Minor defect such as uneven coloring, slight scratches, paint drops or bubbles are common; if there are serious defects, please apply for after-sale service after receiving goods.

• Card & Accessories

If the card inside the Blind box does not match the figurine, we will supplement the corresponding card according to the piece.

• Duplicate figures

If the whole box has duplicate figures, the missing regular figurine will be provided and the duplicated figurine will be taken back.

• Limited Edition Products

The after-sales rules of Limited Edition Products shall be subject to the specific notice of event publicity.
